Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of the digital platforms, internal resources, and operational gateways maintained by The Preston Powell Partnership (“PPP,” “we,” “our,” or “the Partnership”). By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not consent, you must discontinue use immediately.

Access to PPP systems is limited to individuals who have been granted explicit authorization. Any attempt to access restricted content, bypass protective gating, or interfere with PPP digital infrastructure is prohibited. PPP may monitor, evaluate, and document all access attempts for operational and security purposes.

  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or otherwise reproduce any PPP digital resource.

  • Attempt to obtain data, insights, or materials beyond what is explicitly visible to you.

2. System Monitoring and Data Observation

 

 

By using this platform, you acknowledge that PPP may observe and analyze system-level data related to your access, including session timing, device attributes, navigation paths, and usage patterns. This information is collected solely for operational assurance, diagnostic purposes, and internal review.

 

PPP retains full discretion over retention, internal distribution, and analytical use of such system data.
 

 

 

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content, branding, design elements, operational terminology, and system modules available on this platform are the exclusive property of PPP. No license or permission is granted to copy, transmit, adapt, or redistribute any element unless explicitly authorized by an appropriate PPP agent.
 

 

 

 

4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

 

 

 

4.1 Confidential Information

 

 

All materials, descriptions, system interfaces, operational structures, nomenclature, displays, documents, or insights encountered on or through this platform are considered Confidential Information of The Preston Powell Partnership.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Terminology and internal classifications

  • Operational dashboards, tools, or modules

  • Policy language

  • Simulated or real-time scenario analyses

  • Metadata reflecting platform behavior

  • Any interpretation or summary of what PPP “does,” “offers,” or “represents”

 

 

 

4.2 Non-Disclosure Obligations

 

 

You agree that you shall not disclose, publish, transmit, or otherwise relay any aspect of your interaction with the Preston Powell Partnership — digital or otherwise — to any third party, without exception.

 

This prohibition includes:

 

  • Describing the existence, appearance, or function of this site

  • Sharing screenshots, summaries, or paraphrased content

  • Mentioning PPP’s internal terminology or interface features

  • Communicating your access experience in any medium

  • Discussing PPP’s identity, purpose, or activities, whether real, presumed, or fictional

 

 

All interactions with PPP are deemed privileged, restricted, and non-public.

 

 

4.3 Duration

 

 

Your confidentiality obligations are effective immediately upon accessing this platform and remain in effect:

 

  • Indefinitely,

  • Irrevocably,

  • And without expiration,

    unless terminated through written release by an authorized PPP executive.

 

 

 

4.4 Enforcement

 

 

PPP reserves the right to:

 

  • Restrict access

  • Terminate sessions

  • Log violations

  • Pursue available remedies under applicable governance frameworks

 

 

PPP may also investigate suspected disclosure using any monitoring capabilities available to the Partnership.
 

 

 

 

5. Third-Party Limitations

 

 

You may not assign, delegate, or share your access credentials or password. Any attempt to grant a third party access — direct or indirect — constitutes a violation of these Terms.

 

PPP is not responsible for how third-party service providers, hosting frameworks, or access intermediaries may process basic technical data.
 

 

 

 

6. Liability Limitation

 

 

PPP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

 

  • System unavailability

  • Incomplete information

  • User reliance on displayed content

  • Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms

  • Unauthorized access to or misuse of your credentials

 

 

Access to this platform is provided “as is,” with no warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
 

 

 

 

7. Modifications to the Terms

 

 

PPP may revise or expand these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all modifications.
 

 

 

 

8. Termination of Access

 

 

PPP may suspend or permanently terminate your access without prior notice if your behavior is deemed inconsistent with these Terms, or if operational necessity requires immediate removal.

 

All confidentiality obligations survive termination.
 

 

 

 

9. Governing Framework

 

 

These Terms shall be interpreted in alignment with the internal policies and governance structures recognized by The Preston Powell Partnership. Jurisdictional specifics are determined on a need-to-know basis.
